Refund and Returns Policy
At Keycapmart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Must include all accessories and manuals that came with the product.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process

- Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Keycapmart will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse: If you want to return the product due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind, or don’t like the color), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or Credit Card) within 7 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
